Closer look at color in Fruits

I been wanting to do this for awhile now, I decided to use my printer glass desk, a glass and some sparkling water to give the bubbly effects.

I used a while foam board both under and background to see how close I could get without a macro lens, I used both a 50mm and a wide angle lens, for the light I set a flash and a soft box to illuminate the background.

Here are some of the shoots I was able to get, next time they will be with a Macro lens.
